Warranty Policy
We thank you for choosing Rock Revival. Every Rock Revival watch is crafted with precision and undergoes strict quality control. This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions of warranty coverage for your timepiece.
1. Warranty Period
• Movement (quartz/mechanical): 24 months (2 years) from the date of purchase.
• Battery: 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase.
• This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the movement, hands, and dial only.
• To claim your warranty, original warranty card with date & dealer seal has to be presented. The warranty period begins from the original date of purchase as indicated on the warranty card.
2. Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the following components:
• Movement (internal mechanism)
• Hands (hour, minute, second)
• Dial and sub-dials
• Functional complications (e.g., chronograph, calendar, moonphase), defects which are manufacturing-related.
3. Exclusions – What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration, or fading of case, strap, or bracelet
• Battery, crystal (glass), strap/bracelet, buckle, or coating/plating
• Damage resulting from accidents, impact, misuse, negligence, or exposure to extreme conditions
• Water damage if the watch is used beyond its rated water resistance
• Any alteration, tampering, or repair carried out by unauthorized persons or service centers
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality (minor scratches, dents, abrasions)
• Loss or theft of the watch
4. Claim Procedure
To obtain warranty service:
1. Present the watch along with the original invoice and/or warranty card/e-warranty registration at an authorized Rock Revival service center.
2. Upon inspection, if the defect is covered under warranty, Rock Revival will, at its discretion:
o Repair the watch free of charge, or
o Replace the watch with the same model, or
o Replace with a model of equal or higher value if the original model/parts are discontinued.
3. Warranty repairs or replacements do not extend or renew the original warranty period. However, replaced parts or watches carry a warranty of 6 months or the balance of the original warranty period, whichever is longer.
5. Geographic Scope
• This warranty is valid only in the country of purchase, unless the watch is specified as having International Warranty at the time of sale.
• International warranty, where applicable, can be availed at authorized Rock Revival service centers worldwide.
6. Important Conditions
• The warranty is valid only for watches purchased from authorized Rock Revival retailers, boutiques, or our official website.
• Warranty claims without valid proof of purchase (invoice/warranty card/e-warranty registration) may be rejected.
• This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
