3-day return window. Not happy with your watch? You can request a return within 3 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free reverse pickup.

Conditions: Watch must be in its original box with all tags, accessories, and warranty card intact. No signs of wear, scratches, or damage.

Refund timeline: Once received and inspected, refund is processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchange: Prefer a different model? We'll swap it for any in-stock watch of equal value. Difference (if any) is settled at the time of exchange.
