2. Products and Pricing
All watches are subject to availability. We may discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
We make every effort to display accurate product images and colours. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
3. Orders and Payment
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraudulent activity, unauthorised transactions, or pricing errors. If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and all payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing, courier services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.
5. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original packaging must be included: watch box, tags, warranty card, and accessories
- A valid proof of purchase is required
- You must contact contact@rockrevival.com within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or declined. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
6. Exchanges
To exchange a product for a different model or variant, contact contact@rockrevival.com within 15 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
7. Warranty
All Rock Revival watches include a 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing faults in the movement
- Defects in the case, crystal, or bezel
- Functional issues with the crown, clasp, or bracelet
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from accidents, drops, misuse, or unauthorised modifications
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches on the case, crystal, or strap
- Water damage from use beyond the stated water resistance rating
- Battery replacement for quartz movement watches
- Damage caused by servicing from unauthorised third parties
To make a warranty claim, email contact@rockrevival.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, brand names, product names, images, and content on rockrevivalwatches.com are the property of Swiss Fashion & Lifestyle (UK) Ltd. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any material from this website is strictly prohibited.
